A rapidly growing advanced manufacturing organization in the electric vehicle and energy storage sector is developing a large-scale U.S. production facility as part of a broader global expansion strategy. Backed by international technical expertise and significant capital investment, the organization is executing a complex manufacturing build that will serve as a cornerstone of its North American operations. This role sits at the center of a high-impact construction and infrastructure program during a critical growth phase.

• End-to-end ownership of a large-scale manufacturing plant construction program
• High-visibility leadership role partnering directly with engineering and executive teams
• Opportunity to lead a complex brownfield manufacturing build from ground-up execution through commissioning

• Lead construction execution for a large-scale EV battery manufacturing facility from planning through completion
• Develop and manage detailed construction plans to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
• Oversee all phases of construction including site preparation, foundations, structural buildout, and equipment installation
• Manage logistics and installation of manufacturing machinery and large-scale production equipment
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Own construction budgets, capital tracking, and cost controls
• Provide regular progress updates to senior engineering and executive leadership
• Proactively identify and mitigate construction, schedule, and execution risks

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 10 or more years of construction management experience on large, complex industrial projects
• At least 5 years leading major manufacturing, industrial, or infrastructure builds
• Strong project planning, execution tracking, and budget management expertise
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capability
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments

Preferred

• Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese
• Experience with brownfield or greenfield manufacturing site development
• Exposure to automotive, EV battery, energy, or complex industrial construction environments
