This role sits at the center of a high-impact construction and infrastructure program during a critical growth phase.

- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Oversee all phases of construction including site preparation, foundations, structural buildout, and equipment installation
- Manage logistics and installation of manufacturing machinery and large-scale production equipment
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Own construction budgets, capital tracking, and cost controls
- Provide regular progress updates to senior engineering and executive leadership
- Proactively identify and mitigate construction, schedule, and execution risks
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 10 or more years of construction management experience on large, complex industrial projects
- At least 5 years leading major manufacturing, industrial, or infrastructure builds
- Strong project planning, execution tracking, and budget management expertise
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
Preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese
- Experience with brownfield or greenfield manufacturing site development
- Exposure to automotive, EV battery, energy, or complex industrial construction environments
