Novolex in Manteno, IL is seeking an Operator Associate to join our manufacturing team. This night-shift role runs from 10:45pm to 7:15am with compensation of $25.32 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.
You will operate downstream equipment, follow procedures, assist with line setup, participate in QA and safety programs, and support scrap recycling. Training and development programs are available, and Novolex values equal opportunity employment.
