Production Associate - 1st Shift

Job Type: Full‑time

GENERAL

SUMMARY:

• Dump empty bottles into hoppers, load bottles onto conveyors, remove liner, knock down cartons and stack pallet in a manner to maintain packaging productivity and quality guidelines.
• Assist in the start‑up and shut‑down of production equipment.
• Stack full cases of product off the packaging line onto pallets in a manner to maintain packaging productivity and quality guidelines.
• Load product into cartons.
• Follow all safety standards.
• Document duties as scheduled in the computer‑based system.
• Complete quality inspections per specifications.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned.
• Follow all written and verbal production instructions and priorities.
• Assist in finding coverage for shift to fill in for absences and vacations.
• Maintain a good working and communication relationship with co‑workers, warehouse personnel, the Production Supervisor and Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Effective verbal, listening, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with other departments in the company.
• Ability to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Self‑directed.
• Good attendance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment and practices.

Salary: $17.50 Per Hour
