Urban Farmer seeks a Mixer Operator to prepare dough batches by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients per recipes and schedules. You will work with the Master Mixer to ensure dough quality and smooth batch flow on the production line.
Responsibilities include operating mixers, checking dough temperature and texture, documenting batch data, and maintaining GMP-compliant sanitation. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; up to six days per week may be required.
