Socket.dev in Manteno, IL seeks a QC Technician to perform hands-on testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products, using varied testing methods to uphold product quality and food safety. Works under the Quality Supervisor and participates in GMP inspections.
Responsibilities include documenting results in Safety Chain, calibrating equipment, conducting sensory/micro tests, and assisting in non-conformance investigations as needed. This is an hourly, on-site role at the Manteno plant.
