Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures;
Monitor and document the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and/or delivery traffic at gates, docks, lobbies, and other access points within the location;
Verify identification, credentials, manifests, and/or visitor information before granting access;
Respond to incidents, alarm conditions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and shipping or receiving zones to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations
