· Process incoming patients including basic orientation to program rules.

· Assist Case Manager/Counselor with client activities by implementing scheduled and/or requested activities.

· Inventory incoming and outgoing clothing and supplies of clients for quantity and specifically check for contraband items, in accordance with proper safety procedures - including but not limitedto
-emptying items into proper bin and never reaching into a client’sbag of articles.

· Obtain pertinent information from staff of previous shift toutilize during current shift and relay to next shift if appropriate.

· Monitor self-administration of medications by clients and documentin SAMMS, MAR/PRN log according to regulations.

Schedule:
Saturday - Wednesday (11:00p - 7:30a) with flexibility to accommodate agency's need

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education and/or

Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR and First Aid Certification Driver’s license and current insurance.
