Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a substance use treatment organization offering comprehensive behavioral health programs,including medication-assisted recovery, to individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs) and co-occurring mental health conditions. Withover 25 years of experience and multiple locations across the state,we provide a full continuum of care for substance use disorder, from prevention and harm reduction to treatment and recovery support. Our programs integrate FDA-approved medications for the treatment of substance use disorders, including all three medications approved totreat opioid use disorder (buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone).We

strive to meet our patients where they are, bringing care outsideclinic walls via telehealth and mobile services and ensuring patient shave access to harm reduction resources and education.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport program patients for admission and discharge, medical and other community appointments. This is the primary responsibility, approximately 75% of work time.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of agency vans.

PRSS/RC Duties below may be assigned depending on the transport schedule.

• Provide motivational support to assist counselors in meeting therapeutic goals.
• Support treatment plans by reporting client observations and support decisions concerning therapy, discipline and privilege (at aminimum twice per shift and subject to change depending on need)
• Assists case manager/counselor with client activities by implementing scheduled and/ or requested activities.
• Works cooperatively with members of the nursing and medical staffto monitor clients’ vital signs, observe urine drops, monitor self-administration of medications, monitor clients, and chart all pertinent data.
• Performs room and facility checks, at varying intervals, to ensure client’s comfort, safety, and well-being.

Pay Rate: $18.26 - $22.00 per hour, based on certification

Education and/or

Experience:

Transport/commercial driving.

High School Diploma/GED
required;Experience in/with substance use, detox programs, medication-assisted treatment, behavioral healthcare and/or community relations
encouraged to apply

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: Driver'slicense and current insurance.

Must have certification in Peer Recovery Support (CPRS), or attain certification within one year of placement in position.
