What to Expect

Gotion is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist in the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and transportation management, contributing to the day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials.

• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials.
• Follow all safety rules, standard operating procedures, and company policies.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years' experience in warehouse and supply chain operations and processes
• Knowledge of production material flow best practices.
• SAP skills would be a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $20/hr., plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. The range listed in the job posting represents the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across all U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be influenced by the specific work location, along with factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career  base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
