Position: Cycle Counter - 1st Shift (4:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

Description

  • Follow all Company standards, policies, & procedures.
  • Participate in assigned meetings.
  • Generate daily inventory cycle count sheets based on ABC analysis for raw materials & finished goods.
  • Reports inventory discrepancies & shortages to Management daily.
  • Find, research, & resolve root causes of inventory inaccuracies.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Work with Inventory Control Specialist on aging inventory.
  • Assists with Spoilage Spillage Report (SSR) adjustments.
  • Assists with records of all inventory transfers & disposals.
  • Assists third party warehouse inventories.
  • Performs various duties to assist in month end closing process & procedures.
  • Performs periodic Physical Inventory counts semi-annually.
  • Process cycle count requests daily.
  • Assist with any request on shelf-life extensions for certain products and location.
  • Help perform system maintenance to keep accurate records.
  • Issue daily COA/CDR (Code date remaining) report for next day receiving.
  • Issue inventory related forms when needed – CDR, stock conversion.
  • Non-inventoried items cycle count & re-ordering.
  • Tank Farm cycle count & re-order.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ warehouse experience.
  • 2-year experience operating a Forklift.
  • Proficiency with PC operating system, office support software, including MS Excel Outlook and RF Scanner.
  • Experience with ERP Platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, & able to work well with others.
  • Excellent administrative judgment with the ability to multi-task & coordinate tasks that support the staff.
  • Strong team-oriented personality that works well in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
  • Strong analytic & communication skills, both verbal & written.
