Product Consultant; Pulte Mortgage

• Salary up to $145,000 annually, depending upon experience
• Annual bonus eligibility based on successful completion of defined performance objectives
• Up to 9 paid company holidays and 6 days of sick pay per year

• Conduct market research to understand industry innovations and trends for product competitiveness
• Support the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working closely with agile development teams
• Communicate and promote the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including leadership
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on product development and delivery
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and business objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project experience in strategy development, process design, and business performance measurement
• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage banking, with a focus on product and pricing or capital markets
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Deep written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Agile Scrum education or certification
• PMP certification or equivalent understanding of project management principles
• Experience in servicing or post-closing within mortgage banking
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving business value
