About the Role

The Principal Product Manager, Capital Lifecycle Excellence will play a critical leadership role in advancing the Endourology Capital Equipment portfolio and ensuring the organization is positioned to achieve capital install targets and the associated revenue ramp. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing lifecycle strategies across capital equipment, with a focus on launch readiness, service strategy execution, end‑of‑life planning, and operational alignment with Corporate Capital Equipment Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead capital lifecycle management strategy for the Endourology Capital Equipment portfolio, including launch readiness, service execution, upgrades, transitions, and end‑of‑life planning.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact point to CETS operations, ensuring strong alignment between product management, technical service, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Partner with CETS, R&D, operations, packaging, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure capital workflows are designed to support service efficiency, customer readiness, product performance, and scalable field execution.
  • Influence product and packaging design decisions to improve serviceability, installation effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and overall field execution.
  • Own launch readiness for capital equipment, ensuring field service strategy, training, tools, operational processes, installation requirements, and commercial readiness plans are in place ahead of launch and that the appropriate stakeholders are owning their action plans.
  • Own execution of the capital lifecycle strategy, ensuring clear governance, issue escalation, lifecycle planning, and alignment between commercial priorities and service capabilities.
  • Own end‑of‑life strategy and execution for capital platforms, ensuring disciplined planning, stakeholder communication, inventory alignment, customer transition strategy, and business continuity.
  • Work together with CETS to monitor capital equipment performance, install progress, service trends, and lifecycle metrics to identify risks, drive corrective actions, and support achievement of install and revenue ramp objectives.
  • Partner with product managers across the endourology portfolio and CETS to drive consistency, governance, and best‑practice sharing across capital lifecycle processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce lifecycle cost, improve CETS effectiveness, and enhance the customer experience across the capital portfolio.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in marketing/operational management of medical device capital equipment, service strategy, operations, or lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives involving product management, service, operations, R&D, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams, whilst owning delivery of the results.
  • Strong understanding of capital equipment launch readiness, service workflows, lifecycle planning, and commercial execution.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex, matrixed organisations.
