- Own portfolio strategy, business performance, and long-term growth plans for assigned product lines.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability initiatives.
- Manage product portfolio P&L performance, pricing strategy, and investment priorities.
- Lead complex NPD, commercialization, and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop long-range product roadmaps and portfolio growth strategies.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive threats, and strategic business risks.
- Drive VOC insights into product strategy and business planning decisions.
- Lead executive-level business cases and growth recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience leadership teams.
- Mentor and develop Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
- Support strategic planning and long-term business growth initiatives.
- Participate in key customer engagements, industry events, and strategic business activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, or commercial leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success managing portfolio growth, profitability, and commercialization initiatives.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional business initiatives.
- MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
- Experience with in manufacturing, industrial, technical, or B2B environments preferred.
- Experience with in fire suppression, fire protection, life safety, or technical product industries preferred.
- Experience managing significant product portfolios with P&L responsibility preferred.
- Advanced commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong portfolio management and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.
- Advanced analytical and business decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities.
- Proven ability to drive profitable growth and commercialization success.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

This is a full-time position, on-site at our Maple Grove, MN location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
