• Subject matter expert on ASC
  718 and related accounting standards (ASC
  260), translating regulatory requirements into scalable product functionality.
• Understand system calculations and dependencies for equity‑based accounting (Expense, Deferred Tax, EPS dilution, disclosures, proxy reporting, ESPP).
• Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities, improve automation, and differentiate in the market.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate emerging regulatory changes and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, and client service teams to ensure product success.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead backlog prioritization and ensure delivery of high‑impact capabilities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial models through rigorous validation and testing oversight.
• Act as product authority in client engagements, articulating functionality, methodologies, and value proposition.
• Partner with sales and client relationship teams to support onboarding, solution design, and complex inquiries.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy, including product positioning and RFP responses.
• Own and maintain client‑facing reports and user guides.

• 5–7+ years of product management experience, preferably within financial services or enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience with equity compensation accounting systems or related financial reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated success delivering product features end‑to‑end with engineering teams.
• Experience working directly with clients and supporting product‑driven business growth.

• Background in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
• Experience with regulatory‑driven products or complex financial models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA or CEP certification.
