Project Coordinator - Fire & Water Restoration

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, customer‑focused individual to manage project life cycles and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Effectively communicate with customers
• Participate in team meetings and provide daily project updates
• Demonstrate superior time‑management and organizational skills
• Act independently, drive results with limited direction, and think creatively
• Ensure team needs are met throughout the project life cycle
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating issues to management as needed
• Complete project documentation with TPA/Insurance Company guidelines and company software
• Make initial contact and hold a relationship with the customer
• Prepare reports for management and others as needed

• Coordinate activities, resources, schedules, training, equipment, and information
• Participate in the collection process of payment from customers
• Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Experience with DASH and TPAs is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
