Principal Analyst, Change Enablement
Location:
US-MA-Marlborough; US-MN-Arden Hills; US-MN-Maple Grove. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to be located at multiple BSC locations.
The Finance team is looking for a Principal Analyst, Change Enablement for the global finance innovation initiative, Finance Forward, to play a key role in driving the strategy and success of multiple connected projects driving sustainable change across our financial processes and capabilities to scale for future growth. The role will interface with finance leadership to create and implement change management strategies.
It is a hybrid position with flexibility to be located at various BSC locations.
- Develop and execute business‑specific change plans that are relevant and tailored to each impacted business area or team, leveraging the team’s change playbook.
- Identify and manage all relevant stakeholder groups, build relationships and understanding to enhance the change experience.
- Analyze complex data to define change impacts and required interventions, including conducting training needs analysis and defining training strategy.
- Support engagement of Change Champions across workstream initiatives to build momentum.
- Communicate upcoming changes via forums, identify actions needed by project teams and stakeholders, and ensure engagement and support.
- Evaluate adoption across impacted business areas through focus groups, surveys, and analytics, adjusting the course accordingly.
- Build awareness within the project team around Change Management strategy and additional capabilities across the change team.
- Coordinate with the communications manager to develop effective artifacts advising stakeholders in the change process.
- Build relationships and confidence to influence senior leaders within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting organizational change initiatives within a large, complex organization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, or a related role.
- Experience developing and executing change management strategies and plans for cross‑functional business initiatives.
- Experience designing and implementing stakeholder engagement and change adoption strategies across multiple groups.
- Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience analyzing business impacts and translating findings into actionable change interventions, including training needs and adoption strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate effectively with leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Master’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Leadership, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and/or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience leading enterprise‑wide or global business transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP implementations, or large‑scale business process change programs.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing change measurement strategies using surveys, analytics, focus groups, and other adoption metrics.
- Experience building and enabling Change Champion networks or similar change ambassador programs.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and project teams on change management practices and build organizational change capability.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while driving continuous improvement and sustainable adoption of change.
Salary range: $106,800 – $202,900 per year.
