Job Scope

The PMO Director is responsible for managing the program and project management framework across the US Immuno organization. This role ensures the successful planning, execution, and tracking of key projects within the assigned portfolio. The PMO Director supports the organization in identifying and defining which projects to develop, managing business cases, and conducting the necessary analyses for project approval.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships across line functions (Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial Projects, Product Development) and leading cross-functional teams to create comprehensive development plans. The PMO Director oversees timelines, dashboards, budget inputs, risk management, and ensures standard methodologies are applied across all projects.

Moreover, the role ensures proactive oversight of all projects, coordinating Program and Project Managers, tracking progress, and ensuring benefit realization from the assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives, programs, and projects aimed at driving business outcomes by building and optimizing the PMO structure.
  • Support change management across the organization through projects and initiatives that foster innovation and new ways to achieve business targets.
  • Apply strong program management methodologies to ensure effective delivery of cross-functional projects critical to company success.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define, implement, monitor, and maintain organization-wide projects, managing project scope, schedules, resources, and costs, and ensuring project plans are accurate and aligned with program constraints.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Project Managers, Program Managers, and sponsors, ensuring consistency across global teams and reflecting differences in cultures and backgrounds.
  • Drive cross-functional programs that contribute to the company's product portfolio and business growth.
  • Organize and lead prioritization meetings with senior leadership, identifying issues, resource constraints, and facilitating critical decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio risks, conflicts, and interdependencies, developing mitigation strategies and escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
