Traveling Superintendent - Retail​/QSR Construction

We are partnered with a General Contractor specializing in quick service restaurant and retail construction across multiple markets. We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead day to day field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Projects include ground up builds, remodels, and open store renovations for national and regional brands.

• Provide onsite supervision and leadership for retail and QSR construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain fast paced schedules
• Develop and distribute four-week lookahead schedules
• Maintain accurate daily logs documenting progress, manpower, deliveries, and inspections
• Enforce job site safety policies and promote a strong safety culture
• Review drawings and specifications and provide constructability feedback
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with local jurisdictions
• Drive punch list completion and support project closeout
• Communicate schedule updates, field issues, and progress to project leadership
• Represent the company professionally with clients, landlords, and brand partners

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality construction
• Strong understanding of fast-track construction and brand rollout environments
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with construction management software preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for project assignments
