Job Title:

Low Voltage Sales Estimator

Prepare correct and competitive estimates for low voltage systems across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

• Experience with Security, Cameras, Access Control, Fire, Data and Video.
• A strong understanding of low-voltage design and installation practices.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope documents to determine low-voltage requirements.
• Perform material and labor takeoffs for Low Voltage Systems.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.
• Take part in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
• Aid in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.

• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Advanced customer service and relationship building skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with high level attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability in standard office programs is important.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret Construction drawing and specifications.
• 2+ years of experience in estimating low voltage systems.
• Knowledge of , Salto Systems, Lenel, and DW Security platforms preferred, but not needed.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

$60,000 - $110,000 plus discretionary bonus
