The key responsibilities of this role include the following specific tasks:

• Review and approve payroll
• Review and approve invoices
• Assist with project submittals
• Assist with force account documents
• Prepare and approve employee expense reports
• Enter job budgets from estimate software to accounting and payroll software
• Assist with project closeout activities

• 1-2 years Construction Industry related experience preferred
• Associates degree in related field preferred
• Ability to learn construction software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to serve internal and external customers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining accuracy
