Integrated Construction Coordinator I & II
SUMMARY
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Coordinator with the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The Coordinator will review, provide analysis, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project team members and participants, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms.
- Participate in BIM/VDC activities such as existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning (4D), site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, 3D coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, 3D control planning, and record modeling.
- Serve as the point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction.
- Document work processes related to enhancing or changing current company process standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Actively participate in Mortenson’s Integrated Delivery Advancement Team (knowledge sharing).
- Engage in daily work planning.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field.
- Completion of beginner or intermediate BIM/VDC software training.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks.
- Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
- Microsoft Office, project management, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level.
- Proven positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies.
- Previous related internship experience is a plus.
- Current driver’s license.

The base pay range for this role is $76,600 - $95,800. The actual range is higher for certain office locations (Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Washington, D.C.).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
