At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your health. As a Member Experience Associate
, your primary role is to create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every guest while supporting the day‑to‑day flow of the studio.

• Greet every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, creating a great first impression
• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner‑assisted stretching
• Assist with demo appointments by guiding members through intake forms and ensuring a smooth, welcoming first visit experience
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to texts
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with member questions, concerns, and general support
• Strengthen long‑term member relationships through consistent follow‑ups and thoughtful engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Work closely with practitioners to ensure a smooth and efficient daily schedule
• Help maintain a positive, team‑oriented studio culture

• Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is a plus
• Comprehensive training provided
• Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
• Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set
