We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide timely and accurate support to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B customer service, is detail‑oriented, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Provide order status updates and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Assist internal and external sales teams with order entry, quote generation, and customer requests.
• Place, maintain, and track purchase orders for drop‑ship components.
• Monitor and expedite purchase orders, keeping the team informed.

• Use ERP to perform essential business transactions.
• Work closely with the Accounting & Office Administrator, Manager, and General Manager to provide regular updates.
• Offer general office support and assist with special projects as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or related role (B2B preferred).
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or P21 is a plus.
• Ability to work full‑time (M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM) and adapt to evolving business needs.
