Spavia Maple Grove is looking for a Guest Advisor to join our team. We re an independently owned and operated luxury day spa in Maple Grove, MN, and we re looking for someone who genuinely loves people, isn t afraid to start a conversation, and gets excited about helping guests discover services, memberships, and wellness routines that fit their lives.

As the face of our spa, you set the tone the moment a guest walks through the door. We want someone polished and warm who treats every guest like they re welcome in our home. This isn t just a front desk position—it's a relationship-building role where creating memorable guest experiences and confidently recommending memberships and services are essential to your success.

This is a front-facing role focused on guest service, relationship building, and guiding guests to services and memberships that fit their needs. You will welcome guests, maintain a warm, professional demeanor, and confidently recommend spa services and membership options to support guest wellness goals.

This is a part-time or full-time position.
Saturday availability is required
, plus at least one evening shift per week
. The schedule being filled is Saturday 9 am–1 pm, Monday and Wednesday 3:30–8:30 pm, and Tuesday 10 am–6 pm.
