Pro Wealth Financial is seeking a Client Service Manager & Office Lead to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional client service, and taking ownership of office operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our firm.

- Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and advisor schedules
- Monitor and manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Operations & Administrative Support
- Process new account paperwork and account maintenance requests
- Assist clients with transactions, distributions, and service needs
- Enter and maintain client information within the CRM system
- Document client interactions and meeting notes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and document management
- Coordinate client events and appreciation activities
- Manage birthday and anniversary mailings
- Office Leadership
- Assist with improving office workflows and procedures
- Help coordinate daily office operations and team activities
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client service
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as the firm grows
- Compliance & Accuracy
- Adhere to all compliance and risk management procedures
- Maintain strict attention to detail when handling client information
- Ensure paperwork, disclosures, and documentation are completed accurately and timely
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
- Series 6, 7, and/or 66 licenses preferred. Industry licensing is not required but is considered a plus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Competitive compensation: $42,000 - $90,000 per year
