Spavia Maple Grove – Guest Advisor (Part‑time / Full‑time)

Spavia Maple Grove is looking for a Guest Advisor to join our team. We’re an independently owned and operated luxury day spa in Maple Grove, MN and are looking for someone who genuinely loves people, isn’t afraid to start a conversation, and gets excited about helping guests discover services, memberships, and wellness routines that fit their lives.

As the face of our spa, you set the tone the moment a guest walks through the door. The role is a relationship‑building position where creating memorable guest experiences and confidently recommending memberships and services are essential to success.

Part‑time or full‑time;
Saturday availability is required, plus at least one evening shift per week. Schedule:
Saturday 9 am‑1 pm, Monday and Wednesday 3:30‑8:30, Tuesday 10 am‑6 pm.

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Membership, boutique, and product sales
• Providing education to guests about Spavia’s story, boutique products, and treatments for optimal results
• Maintaining accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Working as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of guest advisor responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred
• Naturally outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving membership and sales goals
• Self‑motivated, coachable, goal‑driven, and dependable
• Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail
• Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
• Drug‑ and alcohol‑free workplace
• Weekend and evening availability required — Saturday shifts are mandatory
