Guest Advisor

Spavia Maple Grove is an independently owned and operated luxury day spa in Maple Grove, MN. We create a relaxing, guest-centered environment where every visit feels personalized, welcoming, and rejuvenating.

As part of one of the fastest-growing spa franchises in the country, we focus on building leaders from within and providing clear, performance-based growth opportunities for our team.

We are looking for a Guest Advisor to be the warm, professional first impression of our spa. This role can be filled at the Guest Advisor or Senior Guest Advisor level depending on your experience, giving you a chance to step into a position that matches your background and ambition.

In this role, you will do far more than manage a front desk. You will build genuine relationships with guests, guide them to services and memberships that fit their lives, and play a direct role in growing our member base and ensuring guests return again and again.

• Welcome every guest with a polished, warm, and professional presence from the moment they arrive.
• Build authentic, ongoing relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members.
• Confidently recommend memberships, services, retail products, and enhancements based on each guest’s needs and preferences.
• Consistently meet and aim to exceed membership, sales, and guest experience goals.
• Educate guests on our treatments, products, wellness benefits, and the overall Spavia experience.

• Within your first 3–6 months, you consistently hit or surpass monthly membership and retail goals.
• You become a trusted, recognizable face to returning guests, with positive feedback on your service and recommendations.
• Appointment scheduling, phone handling, and check-in/check-out processes are handled accurately and efficiently with minimal errors.
• You are seen as a dependable, positive team member who contributes to a clean, inviting spa environment and a supportive team culture.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales, with comfort initiating conversations and building rapport.
• A naturally outgoing, people-first approach and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Goal-driven, coachable, and self-motivated mindset with the ability to balance multiple tasks accurately.
• Professional communication, dependable attendance (including weekends and at least one evening per week), and alignment with a polished spa environment.

• Guest Advisor: $16.50–$18.00 per hour base;
  Senior Guest Advisor: $18.50–$21.00 per hour base, depending on experience.
• Monthly membership bonuses and a monthly top-seller bonus, with recent top performers adding $400–$490+ in a month.
• Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Weekend availability required, including mandatory Saturday shifts, plus at least one evening shift per week.
