Medical Front Desk & Call Center Specialist; Primary Care

Park Nicollet Creekside Clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up visits, and support clerical duties while protecting patient confidentiality.

This role also involves answering calls, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday day shift with occasional Saturdays.
