The Staff Pad is partnering with a well‑established, patient‑centered dental practice in the Edina area to identify an Associate Dentist for a growth‑oriented opportunity.

You’ll work closely with the senior doctor, gaining exposure to implant dentistry and advanced procedures
, while building your own patient base over time.

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with exposure to implant cases
• Collaborate closely with a tenured clinical support team
• Partner with the senior doctor on mentorship and patient care
• Contribute to practice growth as hours and patient demand expand

• DDS or DMD with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
• 2–5 years of experience preferred
• Comfortable in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment
• Interested in expanding clinical skills, particularly in implants
• Easygoing, personable, and team‑oriented

• Part‑time to start (2–3 days per week)
• Friday availability strongly preferred
