Associated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons is seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Assistant to join our well-established specialty practice. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional oral and maxillofacial surgical care, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, professional, and patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to supporting high‑quality surgical care and patient comfort.
Schedule- Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with a strong community reputation

Key Responsibilities
- Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures and consultations
- Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, and materials
- Monitor and support patients before, during, and after procedures
- Take and process dental X‑rays and CBCT scans as needed
- Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
- Provide post‑operative instructions and patient education
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

- Dental assistant certification per state requirements (preferred)
- CPR certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Previous dental assisting experience required; oral surgery experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental and surgical instruments, procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced surgical environment
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
