• Position Overview
  The Clinical Support Assistant provides essential support to the orthodontic team, ensuring smooth patient care and efficient clinical operations. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

• Assist with preparing and organizing treatment areas for patients
• Provide chairside support to orthodontists/doctors and licensed dental assistants
• Clean and sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control protocols
• Support patient flow and assist with comfort during visits
• Maintain supplies and help keep the clinical area stocked and organized
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service

• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
