Dental Hygienist

Dr. Rick Carter is looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join his dental practice in Maple Grove.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a hygienist who loves what they do, genuinely enjoys caring for patients, and wants to be part of a practice where relationships, quality care, and teamwork matter.

As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play an important role in helping patients maintain excellent oral health while creating a comfortable, positive experience during every visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing preventive dental hygiene care, including cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Performing periodontal assessments and documenting patient conditions
• Educating patients about oral health, preventive care, and home-care techniques
• Identifying potential areas of concern and communicating findings with the dentist
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Following appropriate infection-control and sterilization standards
• Working collaboratively with the dentist, dental assistants, and office team to provide outstanding patient care
