About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading Structural Insulated Panel (SIPs) manufacturer in Cottonwood, MN, to hire a Project Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team dedicated to innovative, environmentally friendly building solutions. The Project Coordinator will support drafting, engineering, production, and sales teams while helping ensure projects move efficiently from planning through production.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare project files and documentation for the drafting process
- Track projects through drafting, engineering, production, and completion stages
- Coordinate special materials and perform material takeoffs as needed
- Communicate with customers to obtain approvals and provide project updates
- Maintain organized project records while managing multiple deadlines and priorities
What You Need to Bring:
- 1-5 years of project coordination, construction, or related experience
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, blueprints, and building documents preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
- High attention to detail;
AutoCAD experience and education in project management, engineering, construction, drafting, or architecture are a plus
