Winona Health Services, an independent, community-owned, not-for-profit healthcare provider seeks an exceptional orthopedic surgeon for a tremendous growth opportunity as the organization establishes a regional center of excellence.

• Join a fellowship-trained sports orthopedist and a dedicated PA as the current general orthopedist reaches retirement.
• General orthopedics with strong need for total joints (anterior or posterior) and fractures.
• Fast ramp up due to community need and FM/sports physician on staff who will also drive referrals.
• Part-time interest considered.
• Level IV Trauma Center with six (6) well-equipped ORs; MRI and CT onsite.
• Tail insurance.

• $760,000 base salary.
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
• $7,500 CME.
• $68,000 contribution to retirement.
• PSLF eligible.
