Physician Assistant, Orthopedic Surgery - Spine

TRIA Orthopedics' Spine Surgery division is seeking a full-time, certified Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, patient-centered care team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy, well-established orthopedic spine surgeon while working alongside an experienced PA and a strong network of MDs, PAs, NPs, and nursing staff who are deeply committed to team-based spine care.

• Serve as a key member of the surgical spine team with a strong focus on first-assist responsibilities
  , hospital management, and shared rounding.
• Provide independent patient care in clinic
  , including post-operative visits, established patient follow-ups, and new consults.
• Participate in a shared call rotation with the larger surgical spine PA team.
• Work primarily at TRIA Shakopee and TRIA Bloomington
  , with surgical cases at Methodist Hospital, TRIA Outpatient Surgery Center, and St. Francis Medical Center.

• A dynamic, motivated PA with orthopedic spine or neurosurgical experience
  .
• Candidates with general orthopedic surgical experience will also be considered.
• This position is not suited for new graduates due to the level of surgical and independent practice required.

  , as this role replaces a long-tenured PA retiring from the practice.
