The Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) will serve as a flexible resource dedicated to enhancing teaching quality, ensuring a positive school culture, and stepping in wherever is needed to maintain continuity of learning and student well‑being across the school. This TOSA will act as a "floating" support, responding to the dynamic needs of students, staff, and the administration on a daily or weekly basis.

• Provide high‑quality, planned instruction in classrooms as needed to cover teacher absences.
• Provide targeted academic interventions or small‑group instruction to students identified as needing additional support.
• Support instructional planning, differentiation, and resource development.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and helps young learners develop foundational academic, social, and spiritual skills.
• Support student progress through developmentally appropriate methods, adjusting instruction to meet individual learning needs.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure consistent educational approaches and maintain a positive school culture.

$36,300 - $85,000 annually. Starting salary is determined by the candidate's teaching experience and education level.
