• Tier 3 or 4 license required. Experience with EBD preferred

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Elementary Special Education Teacher for an EBD/ASD Center-Based position in the Maple Grove, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or
  4)
• Previous experience working in an EBD classroom setting is preferred
