Teacher - Continuous Substitute (Oak View Elementary)

Job Summary: To inspire and prepare each scholar with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams, contribute to the community, and engage in a lifetime of learning. Provide classroom instruction across multiple classrooms, make appropriate and equitable use of instructional resources and technologies, implement the goals and objectives of the district and the school, maintain contact and communication with teachers, staff, school leaders, and guardians/caregivers, deliver and assess curriculum according to district guidelines, follow system policies and regulations concerning scholar conduct and discipline, and work collaboratively with colleagues.

This continuous substitute position will be at Oak View Elementary School, with the possibility of being moved to another site if no substitute positions are open at Oak View on a given day. This assignment is temporary and will end on June 10, 2027 (last day of school for students).

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Tier 3 or 4 Minnesota teaching license. K‑6 Elementary Education license is preferred.
• If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive at least a Tier 2 license.

Salary: $37.00 per hour (Schedule D rate of pay)

Desired start date: August 31, 2026
