What you'll do:- Develop and optimize processes for complex medical device assembly (catheters, implants, advanced materials)
- Support builds from prototype through clinical production
- Lead process validation (OQ/PQ), DOE, and manufacturing scale-up
- Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to drive innovation and reliability
- Experience in medical device manufacturing (Class III preferred)
- Strong background in process development, validation, and statistical methods
- Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with a drive to improve patient outcomes
- Work on life‑saving technology at the forefront of medtech
