- Support new product development through prototype assembly, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform PCB and component-level diagnostics, repair, and rework.
- Provide technical support for sustaining engineering by identifying and resolving product and manufacturing issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems using industry-standard diagnostic equipment.
- Assist engineering teams with product verification, validation, and system integration activities.
- Interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate test records, reports, and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product quality and reliability.
- Associate degree in electrical engineering technology, electronics, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience as an electrical/electronics engineering technician.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience with PCB/PCBA troubleshooting and component‑level repair.
- Proficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers, Hi‑Pot testers, and other electronic test equipment.
- Excellent soldering and electronic rework skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting medical devices, ventilators, fluidics systems, or other regulated electronic products.
- Micro‑soldering experience.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI, environmental, or regulatory testing.
- Experience with high‑voltage electronic products.
- Familiarity with manufacturing test equipment and Azure Dev Ops.
