Electrical Design Staff Engineer

This individual will join a highly specialized electrical engineering team supporting the development of complex customer products across industries including Aerospace & Defense, Health Tech, Industrial Automation, Power Infrastructure, and Capital Equipment. On a daily basis, they will lead electrical hardware design efforts focused on PCBA development, schematic capture, and electrical systems architecture for new product development and R&D initiatives.

This role serves as a technical lead throughout the product lifecycle, partnering directly with customers, engineering leadership, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects from concept through production. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and experience building trusted customer relationships while leading engineering teams through design reviews, technical challenges, and project execution.

Compensation is determined per candidate experience.
