- Anticipated Starting Salary: $98,100-$119,900 per year DOE (Compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, etc.) Position will remain posted until filled

The Water Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager will work closely with project team members to manage and execute a variety of projects. This individual will be responsible for planning, design, coordination, and execution of projects as well as project and client management.
Responsibilities- Provide professional services for water engineering projects to include design, plans, specifications, reports, project budgets, scope of work, permits, contracts, schedules, estimates, and coordination of sub-consultants and contractors
- Provide professional services for the design and construction of water collection systems, and water treatment facilities
- Work within multi-discipline projects that include civil, electrical, and architectural aspects
- Identify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunities
- Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work
- Maintain budgets and schedules of project assignments and maintain quality client relationships and communication
- Coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings
- Provide guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and other project team members
- Gather critical data to assist clients with project financing and funding development
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- Registration as a Professional Engineer ideal or ability to obtain within 3 months
- 10+ years of experience in municipal civil engineering with a strong interest in the water market sector
- Ability to travel as required for business development and project/client responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Maintain stellar reputation for integrity, fairness, reliability, good judgment and aptitude among peers, management, and staff
