As a Plumbing Estimator you will be our point of contact to clients and will estimate, sell and manage commercial plumbing  addition you will:

• Identify risks and general condition needs.
• Develop project estimates based on plans and specifications.
• Develop and communicate the trade specific scope of work to all necessary parties.
• Review and approve all documents as it relates to the project.
• Compile a list of necessary sub-contractors.
• Enter summary data into the recap spreadsheet.
• Participate in post project reviews.
• Cooperate with others as a company resource.

• Previous experience as a plumbing estimator.
• Organizational skills to preform project management responsibilities.
• Strong negotiating skills with suppliers and customers.
• Advanced written, verbal, customer service and relationship building skills.
• Flexible, willingness to adapt to change.
• Ability to work well with others both internally and externally in stressful situations.
• Should operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.

$80,000 to $140,000 DOE
