Events Shift Lead

Responsible for event set up, working at the event, and cleaning up. There is a large events team in place and we are looking for a shift lead to work closely with our Events Manager.

This is an hourly position with varying hours depending on the event schedule. Position also includes tips! Flexible schedule to set up for the events, with specific times needed to work at the events.

• Table and chair set up
• Steaming linens (as needed)
• Decorating the tables and barrel room to match theme
• Polishing and arranging glasses and silverware
• Assisting with cutting and folding menus and namecards
• Assisting in all areas of the events
• Restocking coolers
• Assist in helping the event manager with a variety of tasks
• Work all events
• Closing up at the end of events
• Clean up areas after the event

• Detail oriented!!
• Organized
• Able to handle fast paced and sometimes high stress situations
• Strong communication skills- verbal and written
• Team player
• Able to have a flexible schedule
• Able to stand for long periods of time on cement floors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
