- Assist in preparing actuarial valuations for Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans in compliance with IRS regulations
- Support annual nondiscrimination testing for qualified retirement plans, including Cash Balance, Defined Benefit, and 401(k)/Profit Sharing plans
- Assist with preparation of PBGC filings and required notices
- Support preparation of annual FASB reports
- Prepare distribution packages and annual participant statements
- Assist with preparation and timely filing of government forms, including IRS and DOL Form 5500 and Schedule SB
- Support preliminary plan design studies and projections to ensure compliance with nondiscrimination requirements
- Maintain and update plan documents and amendments as directed
- Assist with plan termination filings with the IRS and PBGC
- Participate in retirement plan consulting projects as assigned
- Communicate with internal team members and provide support for client requests
- Work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
