Card Services Representative

Top Line Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our XXX team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals.

Card Services Representative I is responsible for serving members needs by providing first-level support for card related products and services.

• Assist members with questions about accounts, statements, disputes, and adjustments.
• Process credit card applications, file maintenance request, replacement cards, balance transfers and account closures.
• Process debit card disputes, fraud cases, and maintenance requests.
• Review debit card application report and daily limit increases.
• Respond to emails and answer phone calls from staff.
• Review mobile deposits and handle returns.

• Two-year associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or equivalent work experience.
• General knowledge of banking transactions and payment systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Ability to work effectively with people in a diverse environment that encompasses regular deadlines, where change is always possible and flexibility is required.
• Experience in accounting or card services preferred.
