Ideal candidates bring lending or financial sales experience, confidence working with numbers, and a consultative approach to meeting customer needs.

JOB DETAILS :

Pay Range: $28.50 – $33.13/hour (base plus monthly incentives; no cap)
Direct Hire (DH) opportunity

Full-time, non-exempt

Standard daytime banking hours, including some Saturdays Onsite at one of several Twin Cities metro branch locations-Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, and voluntary benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consult with customers to take, process, and close consumer loan applications including auto, personal, credit card, and recreational lending

Recommend appropriate financial products and protection options
• Open and service consumer and small business deposit accounts

Support branch sales goals through cross-selling and referrals

Resolve account-related questions while providing excellent customer service

Maintain compliance, accuracy, and professionalism

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of lending with personal loans

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working with numbers and performance goals
