Transaction Management Ops Analyst

Job Overview

The Transaction Management Operations Analyst will handle moderately complex transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement for Wealth Management operations, ensuring accurate asset cost basis updates and high-volume transaction management.

• Execute transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact per written guidelines.
• Process client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels to support operational efficiency and quality service.
• Analyze and resolve complex transactions requiring escalation, identifying risks and providing process improvements.
• Maintain asset cost basis information during corporate events, transfers, inheritance, and gifting, updating tax lots and tracking workflow.
• Perform completeness, accuracy, and risk assessment of assets, and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to internal partner inquiries about cost basis changes.

Pennington, NJ – 1400 American Blvd – Hopewell Bldg 4. Pay range: $25.00 - $36.92 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set. Pay is base salary; no incentive eligibility.
