Chase - 13500 Grove Drive North - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic with attentiveness;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs for daily banking needs;
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices like cash vaults and ATMs while following bank procedures
