Associated Bank is seeking an Operations Technician to support daily operational processes and deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers. In this role, you’ll manage complex transactions, resolve issues, and help drive operational accuracy and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Review and process incoming operational work while coordinating with appropriate internal partners
• Enter and verify transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Resolve complex customer and operational issues using multiple systems and resources
• Prepare, edit, and distribute specialized operational documents
• Support customers and bank partners by providing timely, accurate, and professional service
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational efficiencies
• Provide guidance and support to team members on complex transactions and escalations
• Monitor customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to leadership

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of office, operations, or administrative experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Associate’s degree
• 3+ years of office or operations experience in a financial services environment
• Experience handling complex operational processes or customer escalations
